Week 44 Curve selected yields: 20x looped APR on Llamalend v2 and two USD pool APRs

Selected yields

Markets shown have at least $100,000 in pool liquidity or supplied assets. Pool APRs model a new $100,000 deposit using seven-day LP growth and current unboosted rewards at unchanged income. Actual rates are variable; these are selected candidates, not a global top-yield or risk ranking. CRV rewards can be boosted via Convex, StakeDAO or Yearn. StableSwap pools with more than 85% of value or normalized reserves in one coin are omitted. FXSwap pools, such as zCHF/crvUSD, are assessed separately from this stablecoin-parity cutoff.

Weekly CRV emissions are scheduled gauge allocations, not tokens already claimed. Their change is measured in CRV, not dollars. Vote incentives are paid on Votemarket and Votium and averaged over two weeks, as Votium pays once per two-week round. Their APR counts only veCRV that voted for gauges with incentives.

Governance and protocol updates

Curve launches on Stellar

Curve's StableSwap now runs on Stellar mainnet, rebuilt for Stellar's Soroban smart contracts with support from the Stellar Development Foundation. You can browse pools, swap and add liquidity at stellar.curve.finance, which is in beta. Pool deployment in the interface comes next, and FXSwap, for pairs whose prices move against each other, follows after its audit.

Oracle pricing approved for the YieldBasis crvUSD/WETH pool

The Curve DAO attached an oracle policy to the YieldBasis crvUSD/WETH pool on October 29, so its swaps can be priced from signed Pyth Pro ETH/USD reports. Per the proposal, this lets the pool quote smaller spreads and keep more of each mispricing as pool revenue instead of losing it to arbitrage. The proposal also calls for a YieldBasis vote on the remaining parameters.

More crvUSD for the sreUSD lending market

The DAO approved raising the crvUSD lending limit for the sreUSD market from 30M to 60M, with no votes against. The change applies once the vote is executed.

Emergency DAO to cover Llamalend v2

A migration of the Emergency DAO proxies, recommended by yRisk, would extend its coverage to Llamalend v2 on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Sonic and Taiko, with targeted updates to its emergency permissions. The Curve DAO keeps full control. It has passed quorum with no votes against. Vote closes October 29.

CRV rewards proposed for reUSD/sfrxUSD LP collateral

A new gauge would let collateral in the reUSD/sfrxUSD LP Llamalend v2 market earn CRV. Vote closes November 2.

Liquidity density chart and a faster app

Pool pages now show a liquidity density chart: how much liquidity sits in each 1% price range, next to the current price, the center of liquidity and the internal price oracle. Numerous performance improvements also make the app faster and snappier.
