## Market Overview

[Curve](https://curve.finance)’s total TVL declined to slightly to $2.29B this week, down 4.9% and in line with broader market conditions. However, activity on Layer 2s is gaining momentum. Curve’s Hyperliquid deployment recorded more swaps than any other chain, with 121,000 swaps this week, averaging one every five seconds. In total, L2s accounted for nearly 90% of all swaps on Curve.

As always, Curve continues to offer some of the best yield opportunities in DeFi. This update highlights the most compelling options across the Curve ecosystem.

### crvUSD & scrvUSD Metrics

The amount of crvUSD borrowed declined this week, which is expected as borrowing rates rise. Meanwhile, the share of crvUSD staked in the Savings Vault (scrvUSD) continued to increase, as users took advantage of the attractive yield. As always, the peg remains firm.
